About Us
Ringing music in the community for over a decade, the RainShadow Ringers under the direction of Al Mundy, consists of eleven auditioned ringers with various musical backgrounds.
The group enjoys ringing throughout the peninsula and will often have both a spring and winter show. Although they do not charge for performances, they do accept donations.
The group is currently looking for 2 additional ringers. If you are an experienced ringer, or a musician who reads music, and would like to know more about ringing with us, please contact our director, Al Mundy.
Al Mundy has been ringing bells for over 20 years and has directed both handbells and orchestra for over a decade. Al developed a love for music as a child, learning to play many different instruments. As the years went by he tended to focus more on guitar and banjo. However, a chance encounter one day led him straight into a local hand bell group and he’s been ringing ever since.
